We are a multi-disciplinary clinic with Physical Therapy, Chiropratic, and Medical providers on staff. I like the fact that VOS has the ability to keep certain information provider-type specific like the diagnoses and the insurance coverage.

I like that when I am entering a patient's hospital charges and the patient has a long hospital stay, I am able to do a date range with the CPT code for the hospital billing and the computer generates those dates of service without having to enter the CPT code for each day of service.

My staff is very impressed with Future Health. My office manager worked in another office, using a different system, for 7 years prior to helping me start my practice. She has stated numerous times that our software has so many more things to offer, and the fact that it is all tied into one system makes life so much easier for us, allowing us to focus on patient care and high quality service.

It picks up on things you might not have known you could bill for and prevents over-billing. That saves my staff and I a lot of time and eliminates the guesswork.

The billing is so simple that we are getting ready to no longer use our billing service saving thousands a month.

It is extremely important to me that I can go from a patient chart to their ledger to my practice/business reports in a matter of seconds without making patients wait on me.
